The world of Eorzea still has plenty of stories to tell, and it's exciting to think of what will happen next. Even if Endwalker did spell the end for FFXIV, the game would still likely have more content than most players could ever expect to get through. The main storyline is a massive endeavor on its own, and that's not including the side quests, job quests, and all of the co-op dungeons in the game. New players can expect hundreds of hours of playtime, as the world of Eorzea is teeming with content. Game Director Naoki Yoshida teased FFXIV's story was ending earlier this year, but the finality of the Endwalker name prompted Square Enix to confirm the game will go on. Endwalker will involve trips to the seat of the Garlean Empire - and even the world's moon itself - but there is still scope for more stories in the future. The official FFXIVTwitter account confirmed Endwalker is only finishing the main storyline that started in A Realm Reborn. The Endwalker name may suggest FFXIV is coming to an end, but the game's millions of devoted fans don't need to worry, as the story of Eorzea isn't concluding with the expansion.
